In spite of all the efforts in different industries to reduce number undesirable accidents, a lot events always threaten industrial societies. These often cause huge damages environment, facilities and even some cases, fatalities disabilities for people. Therefore, it is important analyse numerous variables associated with accident considerations inter play among these variables. This paper adopts novel combination two statistical methods various hazards factors most sector economy. this analysis, critical were identified classified based on HSE standards OSHA. Kendall’s Coefficient Concordance (KCC ) Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was employed set data generated from respondents summarize them into that would promote occupational safety health industries. KCC used analyze matrix by thirteen Judges who requested rank thirty merit order sequentiality scaled 5-point Rensis Likert’s attitudinal scale administered 22 where only 13 retrieved. The PCA aided StatistiXL software package proficient achieving parsimony factor reduction thirty-two mere five factors. results obtained suggested judges ranking consistent index concordance computed as W = 0.958. result indicates creatively labelled: Work World Culture, Ground Rule Matters, Safety Considerations, Condition Perception represent principal influence safety.
